Levi's / Showroom in Eastcastle Street, London & Pop-Up in John Lewis

Client: Levi's / FormRoom

Year: 2017-2018

Scope: Design & 3D Visualisation

The task was to work with Levi’s own brand items to bring together an inspirational space for a modern Levi’s to showcase their new collections. Focusing on new ways of presenting the campaign imagery and styling, we took the core DNA of Levi’s brand and added a fresh, contemporary twist. I have worked with FormRoom to develop design concepts and transforme a derelict warehouse in Fitzrovia into a brand-new wholesale, brand and event space for the Levi’s, ‘Made in Crafted’ and ‘Levi’s Vintage Clothing’ lines.

The Levi’s pop up in John Lewis, Birmingham, launched as part of Levi’s 50th Anniversary celebrations of the Trucker Jacket, was inspired by campaign imagery shot in New Orleans. Design elements and features work to reflect the vibe of a backstage space where musicians hang out. This vibrant installation combined colours, stories and different people wearing the iconic Trucker jacket.

Neon signage, lighting framework feature, reversed frames with urban backgrounds and strings with denim fibres create dynamic and intriguing moments. Installation of speakers and inspirational images add instagrammable moments to the space. Built-in lighting was used throughout the installations to bring the whole display to life. An eclectic mix of media, print, prop and lighting was incorporated to reflect the vibrancy of the campaign and the Levi’s brand.
